Hi lovely people …we are super excited to share some of our favorite protein bars with you all. It’s hard to find good protein bars that had the right ingredients and taste good…. (we’ve had our fair share of both good and bad) SOOO. Below you guys can find a little list of our favs and a little description on why! Hope you all enjoy ! Happy protein bar snack’n babes
1. NugoBars…They taste real guys. Say goodbye to those icky protein tasting bars. They aren’t chewy or chalky.just plain Deliciousness. My favorite is the Nugo Dark: chocolate pretzel with sea salt … I’m not kidding probably have at least one a day! It’s vegan which is awesome by the way, as well as gluten free. So all you guys that need some delicious gluten free options hit up Nugo nutrition. So yum. They also have a vanilla yogurt that has 11 g of protein which we love with breakfast in the morning! 2. Nocow Bar: No Cow Bar’s, by D’s Naturals are a new find and we are so obsessed with their texture and flavors! They have 21g of protein which is great for all of our fellow Vegan followers! They have only 4g net carbs and only 1g of sugar! That is so amazing.
The bars are dairy free, soy free, gluten free, Vegan, Non-GMO, and taste fantastic!! We especially love the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip flavor. We think it tastes great a room temperature, or feel free to melt it a bit in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds! It gives the bar that “soft warm straight out of the oven” texture that is literally to die for! The bar is even a great topping for your morning yogurt or just to have as a snack during the day when you need something a little sweet.

3: Lennie and Lerry’s cookies : so yum. We love putting these in our nana Ice creams. They are so good as a sweet treat! Dairy free, and 8 G protein in a serving you can’t go wrong. They have so many yummy flavors ! (The boyfriends even love, so you know they’re good haha)
4: Thunderbird: cashew, fig, carrot bar … this one is newer to the line up!… TOTAL WIN. All fresh ingredients… raw, vegan, no grain, and only 3 g of fat. Babes, this one is absolutely amazing. It’s a nice change up from the chocolate or super sweet option. It’s so natural tasting … I mean it has no added sugar it’s 100% real and a great option.

On a baking sheet add fresh chopped Kale
Spray with avocado oil

Grilled Sesame Butternut Squash Bowl
Here’s the ingredients and instructions babes! Hope you all are enjoying your week!!
I/2 grilled Romaine Lettuce steak , chopped
A handful of Sesame Butternut Squash
1/4 cup of dried edamame
A drizzle of @waldenfarms Sesame dressing
Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste!
hey lovely babes! So we put together a summer fresh drink calorie free! Very fresh with meals to help clear the palate!
Recipe details to follow:
1 lime sliced
1 Diet Ginger Ale
2 lime La Croix
1 cup ice water
1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
A few sprigs of fresh mint
Mix together and let sit in the refrigerate for around 30-1 hour for
a fully infused taste! the longer it sits the better!! Lots of love and

Bowl love babes! Super excited to share this super yummy recipe with you all. Our grandparents came over today so we decided to contribute to the yum eats !! Dinner was absolutely fresh!!
Spiralize 1 zucchini and 1/2 of a Butternut Squash! ( we purchased our spiralized zucchini and our spiralized Butternut pre packaged at our local HEB)
Add into a large bowl with some mixed bell peppers! Add some salt and pepper and mix. Set aside.
In a food processor add-
1 whole avocado
A handful of Arugula
1/4 of lemon juice
Drizzle of white balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
A sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Add into pasta bowl and mix!
Hello wonderful people! So today Jess and I worked hard in the kitchen to put together a cute cookie tray for a birthday celebration. We decided to make two creations from our grandma’s secret recipe book( not VEGAN) and then transformed one of her recipes vegan! We are so excited to share the recipe we can up with.. Introducing our vegan twist on vegan Molasses powder puff Cookies! Super yummy, and perfect for the winter season! Pictures and recipe details below!
Ingredients:1 tbsp flax+3 tbsp of water= 1 egg 1/2 cup of cold coffee 1/2 cup of sugar2 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup Earth balance 1 tbsp of vinegar
1/2 molasses 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cloves 1/4 tsp ginger3 cups of white unbleached flour ( you can use a little more if needed)
Oven on 425 degrees. Cookies will be in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Cream earth balance sugar together. Then add all wet ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients. The batter will be a tad sticky, so we suggest putting in the freezer for about 15-30 min. Take the dough out and role into balls about a quarter size in diameter( should be the size of a small ping pong ball). Roll in powdered sugar. Pop in oven for about 10-12 minutes or so. Let cool and enjoy!! Great paired with a warm cup of hot cocoa or coffee by the fire with friends and family!!

Farro Kale Salad inspired by Giada’s Recipe First you will add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 cup of walnuts into a small sauce pan. Let simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Take off of heat and let cool.
Once cooled chop into medium pieces.
Slice thinly 1 bunch of organic Kale and add it to a large bowl.
In a small measuring cup add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar.
Whisk and then pour over the Kale.
Add 1/2 cup of dried cherries, 1/2 of a English cucumber cut into 1/4’s, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Mix! Then add in the walnuts.
Set aside and let marinate.
In a medium deep dish sauce pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 shallot minced. Let simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Then add 1 cup of Farro into the pan and let roast for 5 minutes.
Next add into the pan: 1 teaspoon salt, 2 sprigs of fresh oregano, and 2 cups of water.
Then let cook for 25 minutes. Drain and discard the oregano.
Add the Farro into the Kale mixture.
Optional- Top with nutritional yeast
