So Jessie and I are super excited to share this recipe with you! It turned out so so amazing! If you are a chocolate loverand want a vegan option… keep reading cause we have the best brownie recipe ever! (seriously,,,these are absolutely to die for y’all!) These brownies are butter free and dairy free!! We hope y’all enjoy these as much as we do!
Jess and I are working away. I have some fun news and updates to share about what’s going on as of recent but I’m saving it for the next post! I hope everyone is just having a lovely Monday, lets work hard this week and get stuff DONE!
Ingredients:
3/4 Avo
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 unbleached flour
1/2 cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips ( we love using enjoylife chocolate chips!)
2 “Eggs”– 1 tbsp ground flaxseed //3 tbsp water= 1 egg let sit for 5-7 min
Directions:So super easy friends, HERE WE GO!Turn your oven on to bake 350 degrees! Mix all dry ingredients first then add in the wet ingredients. Mix until blended together. I would suggest popping in the oven for around 20 min! But keep a close eye depending on ovens it could be more like 15-17 min!
These delicious brownies are definitely more on the fudgeyy side! ( the chocolatey gewyness is UNREAL yall!)
