HOLIDAY EDITION STARTS NOW! Here we have a really yummy take on a cherry pie! Its much healthier having a crumble on the top verses a full crust! This recipe can be done in under 1 hr! Its super easy and really freaking yummy! Our dad loves cherry pie, so we wanted to make something he would enjoy but keep it healthy!

ALL INGREDIENTS you will need :
1 bag of dark sweet frozen cherries 1 cup of oats 4 tbsp of brown sugar 1 tsp of corn starch 1 1/2 tsp of agave 2 tsp of coconut oil 1 tsp of cinnamon 3 cups of tart cherries 3 tbsp of brown sugar 1 tbsp of vanilla extract 2 tbsp of cornstarch A pinch of salt
1 bag of dark sweet frozen cherries
3 cups of tart cherries
3 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of cornstarch
A pinch of salt
Directions: You will want to halve a lot of the cherries! I left some whole, but halved most of them! Mix all ingredients together on low heat in a sauce pan! Add a pinch of salt. Stir and then set aside once the mixture bubbled up a bit.
1 cup of oats
4 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of corn starch
1 1/2 tsp of agave
2 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
Sprinkle on top! Preheat oven to 350 and pop in for about 20-25 min or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling!
