At your local grocery store pick up packaged “butternut squash zig zags”
Place one cup of them in a large glass bowl and add to taste: salt, pepper corns, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, a pinch of lime juice, and lemon pepper.
Place in microwave with two tablespoons of water for 3 minutes!
Take out and let cool.
For the dipping sauce add:
1 tablespoon of vegan green yogurt ( or regular if you prefer)
1/2 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon agave
1/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Mix until creamy!
Serve with a side of fresh cucumber chopped. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, lime juice,salt, and pepper!
