Salted Hot Lemon Pepper Butternut Squash French Fries Served with a side of Sweet Dill Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce ft.crispy cucumber slices topped with spicy lime seasoning

Hope you guys enjoy this as much as we did. Fun and different !! 
At your local grocery store pick up packaged “butternut squash zig zags” 

Place one cup of them in a large glass bowl and add to taste: salt, pepper corns, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, a pinch of lime juice, and lemon pepper. 

Place in microwave with two tablespoons of water for 3 minutes! 

Take out and let cool. 

For the dipping sauce add: 

1 tablespoon of vegan green yogurt ( or regular if you prefer) 

1/2 teaspoon dill 

Salt 

Pepper

Garlic powder 

1 teaspoon agave 

1/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar 

Mix until creamy! 

Serve with a side of fresh cucumber chopped. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, lime juice,salt, and pepper!
