PB Maple Oat Bars// with golden raisins and sweet shredded coconut
Easy and simple; a healthy but sweet snack!!
Ingredients:
3/4 coconut shreds
3/4 oats
1/4 ground flaxseed
1/4 cup of walnuts
3 tbsp of golden raisins
3/4 cup of almond butter
1/4 maple syrup
Mix all dry ingredients first, then add in the wet ingredients! Next use plastic wrap to line a pan. Then press in the mixture. Lay another price of plastic wrap over top and press into an even layer 🙂 freeze for 5-6 hrs. Removed and cut into bars or squares ! Much love,,
