Sweet Mango and Avocado Lime Cabbage Bowl with Crunchy Sweet Potato Curly Fries and Raw Pistachios 

In a large bowl add: 

2 cups of mixed cabbage 

2 slices of fresh mango chopped 

2 sprigs of green onion chopped 

1/4 cup raw pistachios 

1/4 lime juice ( squeezed over cabbage) 

1/2 avocado ( top with cayenne pepper and salt for flavor) 

Add to taste: 

Lemon pepper, jalapeño pepper, dried chives, sea salt and pepper! 

Drizzle with agave and vegan chipotle ranch! 

Top with our crunchy sweet potato curly fries and enjoy!
