THE Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie, Vegan Style

Hey babes,,after some hard work in the kitchen this evening we have come up with very delicious vegan chocolate chip cookies ! We are really excited about our creations and are even more excited to share with you all! They turned out very fluffy and warm!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of soy milk ** add some in if your end batter is too flaky. helps it to stick together better
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups of unbleached flour 
1 tbsp of vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of enjoylife chocolate chips 
1/2 cup of walnuts** you can seperate batter and do half with nuts and half without

Directions: Mix coconut oil, sugar, milk, extract, and salt together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix
flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix in slowly. Lastly, add chocolate chips!! You can separate the batter
into equal parts and add in the walnuts, even coconut flakes! Pop in oven at 350 degrees, for about 10-12 minutes Hope you all enjoy this super simple, but
