In a large bowl add:
1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup of Lima beans 1/4 cup of black eyed peas 1 stalk of chopped romaine lettuce 4-5 halved tomatoes 1/2 avocado For dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp apple cider vingar 1 tsp of dried chives 1 tsp garlic powder half of a lime juiced Top with more dry chives, salt and pepper to taste!
