Grilled Cabbage and Roasted Pepper Chopped Salad with Fresh Herbs and Raw Pistachios

In a large bowl add: 1/2 head of grilled cabbage 

2 roasted red and yellow peppers 

1/2 cup mixed cabbage and carrots 

Add herbs and spices to your liking: 

Montreal steak seasoning 

Lemon pepper 

Cayenne pepper 

Red pepper flakes 



Dried chives 

Ground cumin 

Sprinkle bowl with red wine vinegar and avocado oil! 

Place in microwave for 1:30 seconds to heat up the veggies!

Drizzle a small amount of agave nectar and ENJOY!
