Directions: In large bowl add ,2 cups mixed cabbage, 2 sticks of celery chopped, salt and pepper to taste. Add a drizzle of olive oil and rice wine vinegar. Set aside.
In a food processor add:
2 tsp vegan cream cheese, 1 tbsp greek yogurt, 1/4 cup purple onions diced, 1/2 tsp tsp garlic minced, sprinkle chives, basil, lemon pepper, and agave in. BLEND until creamy.
Spread on top of salad. Add a handful of raw pistachios and cracked black pepper corns!
