This is our Cayenne Lemon Pepper Zucchini Dippers with a Vegan Garlic and Chive Dip!

First chop up a small green zucchini
Then in separate bowl add lemon pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Simply dip each zucchini slice into the bowl and coat with the marinade.
Then in a large sauce pan add a bit of sun flower oil and cook zucchini slices until each side is golden brown!
The dipping sauce is actually store bought! “Vegan :Go Veggie Garlic and Chive Dip”They come in little 100 calorie packs! You can find them at your local whole foods, central market, Kroger, or HEB. @goveggiefoods Then serve with sunflower seeds and raw pecans!
