Spicy Tomato Basil Greek Salad with a White Onion Vinaigrette Dressing garnished with Roasted Sea Salt Rosemary Pecans

In a large bowl add:
1 romaine heart chopped
1 small tomato sliced
3 fresh basil leaves minced
spices to taste:
Salt, ground pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, red pepper!
Drizzle of agave and olive oil!
Dressing:
In a food processor add:
1 tablespoon vegan Greek yogurt
1/4 white onion diced
2 sprigs of green onion diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon agave
Blend until smooth!
Top over salad bowl and add the Roasted Sea Salt and Rosemary pecans!
