Kale Cranberry Zoodle Bowl with a Sweet Soy Pumpkin Cream Sauce:
Directions:
Spiralize one zucchini and top with salt pepper and lemon pepper!
Add a spoon full of our kale farro salad on top(see post)!

For the Sauce: in food processor add:
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon pumpkin
1 teaspoon dried chives
2 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Blend until smooth and add salt and pepper to taste!
Garnish with a light dust of cayenne pepper!
