Flower Power Salad Ft. Crispy Brussel Sprouts

“Flower power salad” feat. Olive oil roasted Brussels sprouts💐💐
We used yesterday’s yummy Brussels sprouts and topped with red and yellow roasted peppers, dried tomato and cucumber! Dressed with fresh lime and adrizzle olive oil! Super simple and scrumptious.
Here’s the Brussel sprout recipe:

Ingredients:
1 bag of Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 tsp of cayenne ( or 1 tsp of paprika)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Halve all of the Brussels sprouts and place on parchment paper ! Use a 1/2 cup of olive oil and mix in cayenne pepper. Brush over Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle grind pepper and salt. Pop in oven for 30 min! Or until browned 🙂 ** if you don’t like spicy food leave out the Cayenne pepper and use a 1 tsp of smoked paprika!
