Avocado Mango Cucumber Noodle Bowl garnished with Purple Onions and Raw Walnuts

Directions:
Spiralize one medium English cucumber
Salt the noodles!
Sprinkle purple onions diced, over top as well as some raw walnuts!
For the sauce:
1/2 avocado
3-4 slices of fresh mango
1 tablespoon of vegan Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste !
Blend until creamy and top on the noodle bowl!
