White Anise Cake with a sweet sugar nut medley

For Mothers Day we came up with a scrumptious dessert! Our whole family loved this!

HERE we have our ~•~•~🍰✨fluffy White anise cake with a sweet sugar nut medley✨🍰 topped with fresh strawberries 🍓✨ ✨Recipe below babes✨

Cake:
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 cup + 2 tbsp of granulated sugar
1/3+ 2 tbsp of walnut oil
1 tsp of anise extract
2 cups of unbleached all purpose flour
3 tbsp of cornstarch
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the vinegar and milk together and set aside. Let set for 5-7 min. Then add in sugar, oil, and extract. Set aside.
Sift your dry ingredients together and then add your wet ingredients. Mix well 🍰🍰🍰 Spray pan with non stick spray. Pour in circular pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes✨🍰 Sweet sugar nut medley:
1/4 cup of almonds halved
1/4 cup of pecans halved
1/4 cup of macadamia nuts halved
2/3 cup of pure can sugar
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of walnut oil ✨🍰🌟Bake in oven for 10-15 min at 400 degrees. Let cool. Once cooled you can place along the border of your cake. Finish by drizzling some agave over the top.
