~~~♥︎♥︎Craving a sweet late night snack?? So are we!! ♥︎♥︎~~~ !Here we have our NO BAKE Coconut Oatmeal Date Munchies !!!!! Absolutely divine; a great balance between indulgent and simple!! Here’s the recipe !!! INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
2 tbsp of almond milk
3 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of almond butter
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of chopped dates
1/4 cup of chocolate chips(additional if you want more of a dessert cookie, or if you’re a chocolate lover hehe) Extra Shredded coconut for topping
Directions:
Whisk coconut sugar, almond milk,coconut oil, and cocoa powder all together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then once it starts bubbling take off heat and let cool. Then add in additional ingredients: shredded coconut, rolled oats, almond butter, vanilla extract and a Pinch of sea salt!!! Mix then drop a good amount on to parchment paper add more shredded coconut to top!! and let cool for 30 minutes! Put in freezer to speed up process! !!All done!! So easy and simply delicious for breakfast or dessert!! IMPORTANT NOTE: keep these in the refrigerator! This keeps these munchies fresh and ready to eat!! Xx.
